First aid training for South Leverton residents
First Aid training ensures that members of the public know how to handle First Aid scenarios. South Leverton is having a Defibrillator for example and this training would provide confidence in its use.
A qualified trainer will deliver a 2-hour session of Basic Life Support training for members of the public, at South Leverton’s Memorial Hall. This will include working with manikins (CPR), learning the recovery position, bandaging and how to safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The training can be delivered in one session an evening from Monday to Friday or during a weekend daytime (exact date and time to be agreed) for up to 12 learners and each learner will receive a free CPR mask to take away.
The Parish Council is happy to pay for a first aid training session and if any resident would like to be included in the training please e-mail to indicate your interest, stating whether you would prefer an evening or weekend session to the Clerk to the Parish council – email@example.com
